About the Job
We are looking for a licensed and experienced PHRN Trainer to join our team ASAP. If you are a Registered Nurse with a passion for training and a strong background in US Healthcare BPO accounts, we want to hear from you!
Role & Package Details:
- Position: PHRN Trainer
- Hiring Manager / POC: Ysa
- Location: Onsite, Manila
- Vacancy: 1 slot available (Urgent deployment)
- Salary Package: Up to Php 65,000
Candidate Requirements:
- Active PHRN License (Philippine Registered Nurse).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer within a BPO setup.
- Must have solid experience handling a Healthcare account.
- Proven experience in Prior Authorization (PA) workflows.
- Experience in a Clinical Account is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ready to start ASAP and work onsite in Manila.
