About the Job
Qualifications
  • Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • College graduate.
  • Computer literate.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design and construction.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with construction estimating and bidding software.
  • Knowledgeable in modern CADD programs.
  • Sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Available for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Quantity Surveyor activities.
  • Manage supervisory works on-site.
